Limpid, bright, light lemon yellow with a slight tinge of grey. Medium intense aroma of green pears, mandarin and its peels, spicy aromas of white pepper and clove, and a touch of iodine. Mellow attack on the palate, dry with a hint of sweetness, lively acidity, flavours of citrus and spice, and a touch of bitterness as accent. A pleasant to drink wine where flavours from the Koshu grape skins are nicely extracted
