Grace Blanc de Blanc
We whole bunch press the Chardonnays cultivated at Misawa vineyard in Akeno, and then brew the base wine by brewing the free-run juice in a French oak barrel. It is a quality blanc de blanc sparkling wine hand riddled after secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by 3 years of maturation in the bottle.

Rich aromas of citrus, citrus peel, pear, yellow flower, honey, nuts, pain de mie, yeast and iodine. On the palate, creamy with long-lasting mousse. Lively acidity with rich fruity flavours, in harmony with a mineralic tone. Savoury flavours from mid- to back-palate, a sparkling wine which is full-bodied but fresh, with a long finish.
