Grace Koshu Hishiyama vineyard
Hishiyama district is in the high grounds of Katsunuma-cho and the its climate is cool. we have started preparing small amounts of wine using Koshu grapes cultivated in the limited fields of this area, and have pursued to express the feature of this production area and potential of grapes. The wine meets the EU standards and we now export them overseas, including London.

Limpid, in good condition. Bright, light yellow with a green tinge. On the nose, citrus aromas of lemon and lime, floral aromas of acacia, spicy aromas of coriander and cumin, and mineralic aroma evoking minerals. Smooth attack and bone dry. On the palate, citrus fruit flavours of lemon and lime, minerality evoking minerals, relaxed, but with ample acidity as backbone.
